Natalie Walker

Principal Dentist
BDS (Birmingham University)

GDC No: 85558

Natalie graduated from Birmingham University in 2005 and went on to work in dental practices in London and Wolverhampton before joining Dawley in 2007.

Natalie particularly enjoys cosmetic dentistry work including Six Month Smiles ®. Natalie also offers facial rejuvenation treatments and started her Anti-Wrinkle Injection training in 2010 at the Bob Khanna Training institute, Reading. She then completed further courses in Anti-Wrinkle Injections and facial fillers with Midlands Smile Aesthetics Centres 2012/13.

Natalie bought the practice in 2015.


Richard Williams

General Dental Practitioner/Implant Placing

Richard graduated from Birmingham School of Dentistry in 2000. He is a very experienced general dental practitioner who has worked at Dawley Dental Practice since he qualified. Over that period he has been involved in foundation dentist training which helps newly qualified dentists adapt to working in a general dental practice.

Richard enjoys all aspects of dentistry but has a particular interest in placing and restoring implants to give patients their confidence and function back after tooth loss.

Richard completed a 5 day theory course on implants followed by a 10 day placement and restorative course over a period of 6 months. This enabled him to follow the journey of the patients from start to finish.

Outside of dentistry, Richard has two children and enjoys playing and watching football, running, golfing and sailing.


Christopher Bradley

General Dental Practitioner
BDS (University of Aberdeen)

Chris is a graduate of Aberdeen Dental School and completed his vocational training year here at Dawley Dental Practice.

Chris spent a year of further training at Liverpool Dental Hospital as well as another year in the maxillofacial unit at Princess Royal. Chris enjoys all aspects of dentistry, particularly oral surgery and has a particular interest in helping anxious patients accept treatment.

Chris is also a veterinary surgeon and when not working as a dentist spends his time treating veterinary dental cases in a nearby veterinary practice.

Outside of work, Chris enjoys travel, cycling and spending time with his partner and their cats.


Peter Riley

General Dental Practitioner
BDS(King’s College London) BSc MFDS RCS (Eng)

Peter first completed his degree in Biology at the University of St Andrews before moving to London to undertake his dental training at King’s College London. He has worked in London and the surrounding areas before moving back to Shropshire with his wife to be closer to family and friends.

Peter enjoys providing all aspects of family dentistry, even for very nervous patients! He especially likes providing composite (white) fillings and other minimally destructive aesthetic treatments.

Outside of dentistry Peter is a keen single-figure handicap golfer and enjoys travelling with his wife and spending time with family and friends.


Anna Najran

BDS (University of Leeds ) BSc BChD MFDS RCPS (Glasg)

Anna graduated from the University of Leeds and did further training in Coventry and Bristol Dental hospital.

Anna is a keen learner and is always looking to better her knowledge. She has taken numerous additional courses and diplomas to help achieve this.

Anna is extremely interested in cosmetic and restorative dentistry, she is also qualified in facial aesthetics, so can provide anti-wrinkle injections, facial fillers and lip fillers. Anna has a keen interest in offering composite veneers/bonding. She will be building up her portfolio of before and after photos to see what an amazing difference they can make!

In her spare time, anna enjoys cooking, baking, travelling with family and going to the gym!


Baldeep Koner

General Dental Practitioner

Billy (Baldeep) graduated from the University of Manchester and began working at Dawley in July 2020. Billy has a particular interest in cosmetic dentistry including whitening and Invisalign adult orthodontics as well as facial aesthetic treatments.

Outside of work Billy enjoys socialising with her friends and family and enjoying meals out.

Tara Kang

Tara graduated from the University of Manchester and is has undergone her foundation year with ourselves which started in September 2020. Tara has since stayed on at the practice and it gaining more experience in cosmetic procedures. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family.


Ed Lane

Ed qualified from the University of Central Lancashire (UCLan) in 2021 and began working at Dawley Dental Practice in September 2021. Prior to starting University, Ed worked as a Dental Therapist in practices in Birmingham and Shropshire. He is keen to develop his cosmetic dentistry and is enjoying working at the practice.
In his spare time, Ed enjoys playing football and watching his team, Aston Villa! He is also a big gym and fitness enthusiast.


Jenny Braim

Dental Hygienist

GDC No: 2830

Jenny qualified as a Dental Hygienist at Birmingham Dental Hospital in 1984 and also has diplomas in Dental Health Education and Dental Radiography. She joined the practice in 1994 and is dedicated to all aspects of Dental Hygiene but especially the care and treatment of nervous patients.

Jenny is married with three grown up children and 2 rescue greyhounds. Alongside dentisty, Jenny is also a qualified yoga teacher and holistic therapist and runs her own small business from home.


Lorraine Heron

Dental Hygienist
RDH Diploma DHE

GDC No: 4520

Lorraine joined Dawley in August 2019. Lorraine qualified in 1993 at Aldershot in the Royal Army Dental Corps. She spent 8 years in the Army before leaving to return to her home town of Shrewsbury.

Lorraine has 3 children & a cat called Jeff! In her spare time, Lorraine enjoys going to the theatre and meeting up with friends.

Emily Lyons

Emily Lyons

Dental Therapist / Hygienist

GDC No: 259126

Emily qualified from the University of Sheffield in 2015 and began working at Dawley shortly after. She enjoys working alongside patients to bring out the best in their smiles and overall trying to turn visiting the dentist into a positive experience.

In her spare time Emily is a keen horse rider with a particular interest in show jumping and is our resident gin enthusiast!


Katie Millward

Practice Manager

Katie joined the practice in 2011 as a dental nurse and qualified that year. She has additional skills in applying fluoride, giving diet advice, oral health education and advanced impression taking.  She became Practice Manager in July 2016.

In her spare time she enjoys visiting National Trust parks and spending time with her crazy 3 year old son and her rescue dog Stanley.


Hari Hatfield

Assistant Practice Manager

Hari joined the practice in 2013 as a trainee dental nurse. She became Assistant Practice Manager in July 2019. Hari works alongside Katie with the management of the practice and deals with the practice marketing and Denplan.

In her spare time she enjoys going to the cinema, spending time with her husband and looking after her many pets! Hari is also a qualified nail technician who runs her own nail business alongside working at the practice.


Hayley Potts

Head Dental Nurse

Hayley joined the practice in March 2018 and became Head Nurse in September 2020. Aswell as nursing, Hayley spends alot of time on reception and working alongside management. Hayley is also qualified to take dental radiographs and is qualifed in dental oral health education.
In her spare time, Hayley enjoys going out with her fiancé and friends, and taking her dogs, Bella and Ted, on long walks.


Serenah Raisbeck


Serenah joined the practice in September 2015 as a receptionist.

Serenah takes pride in welcoming patients to the practice with her friendly manner & strives to help all nervous patients feel at ease.

In her free time, Serenah enjoys socialising, travelling to new places and spending time with her partner and two little boys. Serenah is currently on maternity leave.


Dan Harrison


Dan joined Dawley Dental Practice in November 2021 as a dental receptionist and is one of our lovely welcoming faces to the practice!

Dan relocated to Telford in early 2020 and in his spare time enjoys spending time with his family and puppies! Dan is also a wonderful baker and often treats the practice to one of his amazing cakes!


Jane Hodgetts


Jane joined Dawley Dental Practice in March 2022 as a dental receptionist and is enjoying meeting and greeting our patients!

Jane has recently rescued a Frenchie puppy and is enjoying being a new dog mom!


Freya Nock

Dental Nurse

Freya joined the practice in July 2017 and qualified in 2019. Freya has a keen interest in facial aesthetics and enjoys helping putting nervous patients at ease. She is our infection control lead.

In her spare time, Freya enjoys aerial fitness. She also enjoys spending time with her boyfriend, her two dogs Reggie and Nova, bunny rabbit Nala and chameleon Rango.

Gerry Carroll

Dental Nurse

Gerry joined the practice in October 2018.

Gerry has been dental nursing since 1988, she trained and worked in the Royal Army Dental Corps until 2011 when she and her family settled in Shropshire.

Patient care and well being are at the top of Gerry’s priorities (which has led to her chairing General Dental Council fitness to practice hearings).

Gerry is a cross-fit enthusiast and a keen dog walker, she has a beautiful hungarian vizsla called Willow.

Beth Hackman

Dental Nurse

GDC No: 259126

Beth joined Dawley Dental Practice as a trainee dental nurse in June 2020 but had been training elsewhere since June 2019. She qualified in July 2021.

Beth is enjoying nursing and is looking forward to seeing more aesthetic procedures such as composite bonding, Facial fillers and anti-wrinkle injections.

Beth spends most of her free time with her family, friends, partner and her miniature dachshund – Luna, dressing her in a range of costumes; her personal favourite being her banana costume!

Millie MaCaite

Trainee Dental Nurse

Millie joined Dawley Dental Practice as a trainee dental nurse in September 2020. She is enjoying learning all aspects of dentistry, especially extractions and helping to put patients at ease.

She is looking forward to seeing more aesthetic procedures such as composite bonding, facial fillers and anti-wrinkle injections.

Millie enjoys ice skating, going on road trips with her twin sister and watching movies with her partner and cats.


Sophie Potts

Trainee Dental Nurse

Sophie joined Dawley Dental Practice as a trainee dental nurse in November 2020. She is enjoying learning all aspects of dentistry and works alongside a mixture of dentists and hygienists.

In her spare time, Sophie enjoys socialising with her friends and family.


Ellie Carlon

Trainee Dental Nurse

Ellie joined Dawley in May 2021 and is really enjoying learning all aspects of dental nursing. She especially enjoys working alongside the hygienist as she had a keen interest in oral health.
In her free time, Ellie Mae enjoys day trips out with her partner.


Caitlin Morgan

Trainee Dental Nurse

Caitlin joined the pratice in June 2021 as a trainee dental nurse and is really enjoying learning all aspects of dentistry. She is very passionate about putting nervous patients at ease, especially children, and is keen to assist alongside cosmetic dentisty like Invisalign and whitening.

Outside of work Caitlin enjoys going on long walks with her dog Henri and trying out new resturants.


Amy Baldwin

Trainee Dental Nurse

Amy joined Dawley in October 2021 as a trainee dental nurse. She is enjoying learning all aspects of dentistry and mostly works alongside out dental hygienists. Outside of work, Amy enjoys spending time woth her friends and family.


Holly Appadoo

Trainee Dental Nurse

Holly joined Dawley in March 2022 as a trainee dental nurse. She is enjoying learning all aspects of dentistry and mostly works alongside our dental hygienists.

Holly is originally from Leicestershire and relocated to Telford 3 years ago due to her military family background.
In her spare time she enjoys quiet nights in or trips to the cinema! She loves spending time outdoors with her family and is partial to a bottomless brunch!

Our Qualified Dental Nurses, Hayley, Gerry, Freya & Beth have many years of experience and professional education and are all registered with the General Dental Council.

All of us have to complete considerable amounts of annual ongoing continuing professional development courses to maintain our registration. We are up to date and use our knowledge in our daily professional practice.
