Natalie graduated from Birmingham University in 2005 and went on to work in dental practices in London and Wolverhampton before joining Dawley in 2007.
Natalie particularly enjoys cosmetic dentistry work including Six Month Smiles ®. Natalie also offers facial rejuvenation treatments and started her Anti-Wrinkle Injection training in 2010 at the Bob Khanna Training institute, Reading. She then completed further courses in Anti-Wrinkle Injections and facial fillers with Midlands Smile Aesthetics Centres 2012/13.
Natalie bought the practice in 2015.

Richard graduated from Birmingham School of Dentistry in 2000. He is a very experienced general dental practitioner who has worked at Dawley Dental Practice since he qualified. Over that period he has been involved in foundation dentist training which helps newly qualified dentists adapt to working in a general dental practice.
Richard enjoys all aspects of dentistry but has a particular interest in placing and restoring implants to give patients their confidence and function back after tooth loss.
Richard completed a 5 day theory course on implants followed by a 10 day placement and restorative course over a period of 6 months. This enabled him to follow the journey of the patients from start to finish.
Outside of dentistry, Richard is married with two children and enjoys playing and watching football, running, golfing and sailing.

Laura first worked here at Dawley Dental Practice as a dental nurse before deciding to pursue a career as a dentist. Laura graduated from The University of Birmingham in 2015 and went on to complete Foundation Training in Oxfordshire and has recently joined us back here at Dawley.
Laura enjoys all aspects of dentistry, in particular restorative dentistry and is continually developing her skills in aesthetic dentistry.
Outside of dentistry Laura enjoys travelling and socialising with friends.

Chris is a graduate of Aberdeen Dental School and completed his vocational training year here at Dawley Dental Practice.
Chris is presently undertaking a year of further training at Liverpool Dental Hospital however he is also providing a dental service at Dawley on Saturdays.
Chris enjoys all aspect of general dentistry and has a particular interest in helping anxious patients accept treatment.
Chris is also a veterinary surgeon and when not working as a dentist spends his time treating veterinary dental cases in a nearby veterinary practice.
Outside of work, Chris enjoys travel, cycling and spending time with his partner and their two cats.
Nathan Jacob Knowles

Jacob graduated with a masters degree from Palacky University, Olomouc, Czech Republic in the summer of 2019 and is looking forward to working alongside his colleagues enhancing and learning new dental skills.
Outside of Dentistry, Jacob enjoys participating in many sports particularly football and tennis and is a passionate follower of Manchester United.

Ashly graduated from University of Plymouth in 2018. She completed her foundation training here at Dawley Dental Practice and is staying on as a general dental practitioner.
Ashly enjoys all aspects of general dentistry and has a particular interest in paediatric dentistry.
Outside of dentistry, Ashly enjoys travelling and spending time with her family and friends.

Peter first completed his degree in Biology at the University of St Andrews before moving to London to undertake his dental training at King’s College London. He has worked in London and the surrounding areas before moving back to Shropshire with his wife to be closer to family and friends.
Peter enjoys providing all aspects of family dentistry, even for very nervous patients! He especially likes providing composite (white) fillings and other minimally destructive aesthetic treatments.
Outside of dentistry Peter is a keen single-figure handicap golfer and enjoys travelling with his wife and spending time with family and friends.

Anna graduated from the university of Leeds and did further training in Coventry and Bristol Dental hospital.
Anna is a keen learner and is always looking to better her knowledge. She has taken numerous additional courses and diplomas to help achieve this.
Anna is extremely interested in cosmetic and restorative dentistry, she is also qualified in facial aesthetics, so can provide anti-wrinkle injections, facial fillers and lip fillers. Anna has a keen interest in offering composite veneers/bonding. She will be building up her portfolio of before and after photos to see what an amazing difference they can make!
In her spare time, anna enjoys cooking, baking, travelling with family and going to the gym!

Jenny qualified as a Dental Hygienist at Birmingham Dental Hospital in 1984 and also has diplomas in Dental Health Education and Dental Radiography. She joined the practice in 1994 and is dedicated to all aspects of Dental Hygiene but especially the care and treatment of nervous patients.
Jenny is married with three grown up children and 2 rescue greyhounds and enjoys teaching yoga and relaxation.

Liz qualified as a Dental Hygienist and Dental Therapist from Manchester University in June 2008 and has been based in the Telford area since 2010.
Liz is very passionate about improving the oral hygiene of her patients and seeing such rewarding results. She especially love the variety of patients; treating children and nervous adults alike. Liz enjoys working at this practice as it has a great rapport with the patients and delivers excellent standards of care.
In her spare time Liz enjoy keeping fit and travelling.

Lorraine joined Dawley in August 2019. Lorraine qualified in 1993 at Aldershot in the Royal Army Dental Corps. She spent 8 years in the Army before leaving to return to her home town of Shrewsbury.
Lorraine is married with 3 children & a cat called Jeff! In her spare time, Lorraine enjoys going to the theatre and meeting up with friends.

Katie joined the practice in 2011 as a dental nurse and qualified that year. She has additional skills in applying fluoride, giving diet advice, oral health education and advanced impression taking. She became Practice Manager in July 2016.
In her spare time she enjoys visiting new places and spending time with her rescue dog Stanley.
Assistant Practice Manager

Hari joined the practice in 2013 as a trainee dental nurse. She became Assistant Practice Manager in July 2019. Hari works alongside Katie with the management of the practice and on reception.
In her spare time she enjoys going to the cinema, spending time with her husband and looking after her many pets! Hari is also Jenny the Hygienists daughter and thoroughly enjoys working alongside her Mum.
Serenah joined the practice in September 2015 as a receptionist.
Serenah takes pride in welcoming patients to the practice with her friendly manner & strives to help all nervous patients feel at ease.
In her free time, Serenah enjoys socialising, travelling to new places and spending time with her partner & rabbit Kiki.
Deb joined Dawley originally back in 2010, before leaving in 2015 for a few years pursuing other avenues. Deb re-joined us in April 2018. Deb is one of our part-time receptionists.
Deb has a knack for recognising patients voices on the phone even after being away from us for so long! Deb has a great relationship with a lot of our patients and the ones who have seen her have said how great it is to have her back! We’re really enjoying having Deb back with us and look forward to our patients being reintroduced to her. Offering a helping hand is something Deb takes great pride in.
In her spare time, Deb and her husband enjoy travelling round the UK in the VW camper van with their miniature schnauzer Reuben.

Meg joined the practice in 2011 and qualified in 2012, she has since gained additional skills in advanced impression taking and fluoride application.
In her spare time, Meg runs a dance group for children. She enjoys spending time with her husband and little boy, socialising with friends and travelling.

Freya joined the practice in July 2017 and qualified in 2019. Freya has a keen interest in facial aesthetics and enjoys helping putting nervous patients at ease. She is our infection control lead.
In her spare time, Freya enjoys keeping fit, and spending time with family.

Hayley joined the practice in March 2018. Hayley nurses for Natalie & helps out a lot on reception. Hayley is enjoying getting to know all of the patients at the practice and assisting with facial aesthetics.
In her spare time, Hayley enjoys going out with friends, and taking her jack russell Bella on long walks.

Gerry joined the practice in October 2018.
Gerry has been dental nursing since 1988, she trained and worked in the Royal Army Dental Corps ntil 2011 when she and her family settled in Shropshire.
Patient care and well being are at the top of Gerry’s priorities (which has led to her chairing General Dental Council fitness to practice hearings).
Gerry is a cross-fit enthusiast and a keen dog walker, she has a beautiful hungarian vizsla Willow.

Shannen joined the practice September 2019 as a dental nurse.
She has relocated from Norfolk with her partner.
She is enjoying getting to know everyone and especially enjoys helping nervous patients.
In her spare time, Shannen spends time exploring the local area with her partner and keeping her cats Archie & Luna company!

Becky joined the practice in January 2018 as a trainee dental nurse and qualified in 2019. Becky nurses alongside Richard and is keen to undertake additional skills.
In her spare time Becky enjoys socialising with friends and travelling.
Trainee Dental Nurse
Taylor joined the practice in August 2018 as a trainee dental nurse.
Taylor is enrolled in a Dental nurse apprenticeship and is looking forward to learining in depth aspects of dentistry.
Taylor has recently started working alongside Ashly and is enjoying having her own surgery to take care of.
Taylor enjoys spending time with her family & loves travelling to different places.

Bethany joined the practice in July 2019 as a trainee dental nurse.
Since starting with us, Beth has really enjoyed working with all the dentists to build on her knowledge of how each clinician works. She is enjoying getting to know the patients and helping with their every need.
In her spare time, Beth enjoys practicing her beauty therapy level 2 & 3 knowledge by doing treatments on close friends and family.
Trainee Dental Nurse
Laura joined the practice in August 2019 as a trainee dental nurse.
Laura is enjoying learning all aspects of dentistry and helping put patients at ease along with getting to know the rest of the team.
Laura has recently started her college course to become a qualified nurse.
In her spare time, Laura spends alot of her time with her family, and walking her 2 dogs Milo & Leo.

Ellie joined Dawley Dental Practice as a trainee dental nurse in September 2019.
Ellie is enjoying learning about all aspects of dentistry and is looking forward to seeing more aesthetic procedures such as composite bonding, Facial fillers and anti-wrinkle injections.
In her spare time Ellie enjoys walking her two dogs, Reggie and Tilly. She also enjoys spending time with friends and family.
Our Qualified Dental Nurses, Katie, Megan, Hari, Hayley, Gerry, Freya, Becky & Shannen have many years of experience, and professional education, and are all registered with the General Dental Council.
All of us have to complete considerable amounts of annual ongoing continuing professional development courses to maintain our registration. We are up to date and use our knowledge in our daily professional practice.
