Absolutely delighted with the service provided to my brother and myself last week. My brother is a wheelchair user, has a number of health concerns and has been a patient for many years. We were both put at ease and treated with kindness and patience by Dr Cameron, Nurse Millie, and a very special mention goes to your outstanding receptionist Jane. Jane has looked after us so well on many occasions and she is an absolute credit to your Practice. I’m very grateful that she was there last week as she’s always goes above and beyond for my brother and me as his carer ❤️ – Carole

Brilliant experience with Simran today. I needed an emergency filling and have awful dental anxiety due to previous medical experiences including an ICU admission. She was totally non-judgemental, explained every step of the process and offered reassurance where needed. She also had some knowledge about the medical condition I have which can impact teeth/dentist trips and that made me feel a sense of confidence I don’t usually get as a rare disease patient. Thank you so much to Simran and the team. The receptionist (short, blonde hair) was also lovely! – Sophie

Billy and Beth are absolutely amazing!
I was panicking before an appointment and googling did not help to calm my nerves (do not ever do that), however they were both very nice and positive throughout, doing their job diligently and making treatment much more enjoyable! The only thought after that was that they basically saved my life! As before that I was reading on how tooth infections can lead to sepsis (again, don’t ever do that) so I was over the moon after the appointment!
On top of that, I was also concerned about being judged for not keeping up with regular appointments and other things but I did not feel like being judged or looked down upon at any point and it made me really glad and relieved!
Lastly, would just like to point out that both Billy and Beth have impeccable knowledge in what they’re doing (or at least they seem that way!) and are very trustworthy! Both seem to be enjoying what they’re doing and are dedicated to their job and on top of all that they manage to spread positivity! I would definitely recommend them to everyone! – Milda

Came as a nervous patient but that changed the minute I started treatment over a year ago now with the amazing team of caring professionals. Anna is the best dentist I have ever had and I have always received excellent treatment and care. Everyone from Jane the receptionist and staff, Gerry the dental nurse and Jenny the hygienist to name just a few I feel lucky to have been involved with. – Sheila
